Wolverton & Co. rewards for performance. That's why our compensation plan is tied directly to our agent's sales and "leasing" volumes. Our graduated, two-tiered plan enables agents to earn higher commission levels as their gross commission income increases. Top producers can earn up to a 90% commission split. Your success is our success and Wolverton offers one of the most competitive compensation plans in the market.
Here's how it works:
60% to agent up to 15,000 of Gross Commission Income
70% to agent up to $100,000 of Gross Commission Income
90% to agent greater than $100,000 of Gross Commission Income
Note: Agents achieving the 90% threshold in a calendar year reset to 70% at the beginning
of the following calendar year

Gain financial rewards for recruitment. Wolverton rewards its sales agents with a downstream income plan for each referred agent that joins and sells for Wolverton. Through our Residual Income Plan, you can receive income from every transaction generated by sponsored agents on an ongoing basis—even into retirement. The Fine Print
All agents are charged an annual errors and omission (E&O) insurance fee in the
amount of $400. The E&O fee is due upon joining Wolverton. Agents are responsible
for all copies, professional printing, and postage.
Compensation: Property Management
Supplement Your Income!
Wolverton agents are able to expand their client base and boost their income potential by leveraging a proven, sustainable property management services model. Our property management division allows Wolverton agents to earn leasing income at their current agent commission split and receive 30% of the property management fees for the properties they personally manage.
